  • Canada: 10-20 days

A: The prices displayed on our site do not include import duties or taxes. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns and Exchanges

Q: When will I receive my refund?
A: You will be refunded on your original payment method in 1 to 3 days after your refund has been approved. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Store credit is also refunded in the same amount of days after approval and can be used immediately. To check your Store credit balance, visit your customer profile on our website.
